The guest residence, functioning as a pool house, features an elegant seating area and exquisite bar, showcasing a blend of opulence and discomfort in its heavy interior decor. Despite its flaws, the property's guest bedrooms on the second floor shine with their exquisite design and attention to detail, adding a touch of luxury to an otherwise questionable architectural endeavor.
